Lindsay Lohan is infamous for her party lifestyle even moreso than her career. So its not unusual to see her stumbling out of a nightclub or private party on any given night.

On Thursday night Lilo was spotted at the same party as Leonardo DiCaprio, but according to her father Michael Lohan, there’s nothing romantic going on between the two and he’s actually a “positive” influence on her.

“They have been friends for years,” Michael tells Hollyscoop exclusively. “Mark Wahlberg, Robert Downey Jr., Leonardo DiCaprio and a few others…I think they have a lot of positive things to offer.”

Michael added that the trio is “a lot more stable” than most of the people in her life now.

If there’s one thing Lindsay needs more of in her life, it’s positive influences. Lindsay and Leo are often spotted at the same parties but the difference is Leo gets up and goes to work the next day. He still has his career, and knows how to party in moderation.

Perhaps Lindsay will catch on to Leo’s work ethic and not treat every night like it’s a Saturday. She’s still young, and has plenty of time to start over. Hollywood loves a great comeback story, and Lindsay just has to acknowledge she’s at a low point, and can work back up to success.

Michael Lohan is still trying to do all he can to save his daughter Lindsay Lohan. He has even gone as far as begging Lindsay’s ex-Samantha Ronson for help even though he has previously admitted to hating her.

Michael has spoken out about Lindsay’s addiction to prescription pills and has urged Samantha to help him get Lindsay to check in to rehab.

He said: “Maybe Samantha will help Lindsay turn her life around and get her into rehab. At least I know Samantha cares. Time is running out for Lindsay. We need to save her.”

One person who Michael doesn’t wanna involve is Lindsay’s mom Dina who is a “sick human being” according to him.

He tells UAE’s Insider magazine: “She tells me how bad the problem is with our daughter and in the same breath is avoiding the subject.

“She is a sick human being. Dina can continue to lie and avoid the truth, but I am going to continue to show what a liar she is. She can continue to make all the excuses she wants, but she can’t deal with the truth.

“We need to save Lindsay – and now.”

The only person that can probably save Lindsay is Samantha because she seems to have a soft spot for the DJ.

Judge Marsha Revel ordered the actress-singer to appear in court Friday morning after she was notified by the program that Lohan was missing meetings.

Revel warned Lohan she would go to jail if she hears again that the actress has not been attending meetings.

Shawn Chapman Holley, Lohan’s lawyer, said she had attended about half of the program sessions required, but her career kept her out of the state and the country for many of the meetings.

The judge said that while she wanted Lohan to have her career, she could not “thumb your nose” at the court.

Just two weeks after checking out of a Malibu drug and alcohol rehab facility, she was arrested again in July 2007 after a woman called Santa Monica police saying Lohan was trying to run her down with a car.

Lohan was sentenced to three years’ probation after she entered guilty and no-contest pleas to the charges.

“I am rooting for you to successfully complete probation,” Revel said Friday.

Lohan’s acting career, which started at age 10 on a soap opera, took off on the big screen a year later when she played identical twins in Disney’s “The Parent Trap.”

She was shunned from the party and locked out of her love nest. Now, Lindsay Lohan exclusively tells E! News that reports of her breakup with Samantha Ronson are true: “We are taking a brief break so I can focus on myself.”

The decision was made Monday morning following a rather rough weekend. First, the 22-year-old was barred entry from a Ronson family party on Friday. Then a locksmith was seen paying a house call to Ronson’s abode, where Lohan had resided in recent months.

Still, as of Sunday, insiders insisted the pair had not broken up and blamed the latest drama on Ronson’s family members, who were supposedly engaged in a “smear campaign” to convince the DJ that Lohan was “an outcast and a bully, or a wacko.”

The couple’s tempestuous relationship dates back nearly a year (they reportedly celebrated their anniversary in January) and has survived constant rumors of rifts and splits that often proved false.

In fact, just last week, both Lohan and 31-year-old Ronson were refuting the latest round of breakup speculation.

While Lohan is said to be struggling with the breakup and holding out hope the two will get back together, Ronson seems in a better place, writing on her MySpace page today that “aura in pleasanton is very pleasant.”

Amidst all the b.s. fighting between Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan this weekend,Samantha was having fun posting pics on TwitPic.

Samantha posted a photo of a cake she calls, “Hollywood Cake – best cake ever!” She never explains the cake, whether or not it’s powdered sugar or actual cocaine, so we are left to speculate.
